1. We offer downrod for custom products. Downrod diameter: 1 inch
2. If you need to customize other models, please communicate with us by email in advance. Generally speaking, the 48" downrods custom period is about one month； the 18", 24", and 36" downrods custom period is about 20 days. Some special downrods may take up to two months or even longer to be custom-made.
3. If you ordered both a fan and a downrod, we will send you the fan first. The downrod needs to be customized, and the cycle is about 1 month. We will send it to you as soon as possible after the downrod arrives.
4. Custom downrods do not include the upper drop ball, only the downrod.
5. Downrods cannot be joined together and must be installed individually.
